VISION

I-Manifest uses creativity to empower youth to find their passion and live their purpose.

We offer a suite of learning programs that are co-created with our industry and workplace partners to close legitimate gaps in both skills and knowledge and between generations, transforming the journey for students from school to the new world of work.

Our programs are designed to create aligned, resilient and flexible young people through authentic, project-based learning.

WHY I-MANIFEST?

A mindset of growth is essential for a successful, fulfilling, authentic life, and for thriving in a complex and ever-changing world.

Humanity cannot hope to embrace the now and journey boldly into the future in schools and workplaces designed for the last century.

At the heart of everything we do is the fostering of creativity, design thinking, entrepreneurship and innovation.

OUR UNIQUE APPROACH

"Education is the key that unlocks doors and cultivates human, social, and economic development. However, many young people are still not receiving the education needed to face the challenges of today’s societies. The manner in which we approach education must therefore be changed and should adapt to the changing times. The structures and methods that were used to teach our parents no longer apply; new approaches and ideas are needed"

Ahmad Alhendawi United Nations Secretary-General’s Envoy on Youth

A Unique Approach to Learning

We at I-Manifest passionately believe in the necessity of an education continuum that encompasses creativity, collaboration and connectedness beyond the strictures of the STEM philosophy, and provides real-world experiential offerings to foster this.

I-Manifest: transforming the journey to the new world of work

We fuse the current segmentation between school, tertiary, and graduate education, and work. We break down the generational boundaries that exist in learning. We smash old world barriers between cultures and socio-economic status. The nexus of I-Manifest is within the workplace itself, where our learning programs are co-created with each industry to ensure we are closing legitimate skills and knowledge gaps.

"Young men and women are not passive beneficiaries, but equal and effective partners. Their aspirations extend far beyond jobs; youth also want a seat at the table – a real voice in shaping the policies that shape their lives. We need to listen to and engage with young people. Youth can determine whether this era moves toward greater peril or more positive change"
