Our suite of authentic, project-based learning programs is designed to create aligned, resilient and flexible young people. Whilst we recognise the vital importance of technical skills, we ensure our program participants are also in possession of the inner tools they need to find their own unprecedented ways forward, such as courage, spirit and tenacity. Thus armed, no matter how their journeys unfold they will be able to connect, relate, adapt and, above all, confidently tap into and utilise their innate creativity. 

Founded in 2012, I-Manifest is a learning continuum, transforming the journey to the new world of work. We fuse the current segmentation between school, tertiary, and graduate education, and work; we break down the generational boundaries that exist in learning; we smash old world barriers between cultures and socio-economic status. Ultimately, and fundamentally, at the heart of everything we do is the fostering of creativity, design thinking, entrepreneurship and innovation. The nexus of I-Manifest is within the workplace itself, where our programs are co-created with each industry to ensure we are closing legitimate skills gaps.

The ever-increasing need for STEM skills is given so much focus in conversations pertaining to education, particularly in Australia. We at I-Manifest believe in the urgent need to refocus on the necessity of education that also encompasses humanity and creativity. It is our position that STEM alone is not enough to ensure our competitive advantage as a nation. We believe a prosperous world will be the natural result of every individual having the opportunity of aligning their passion with living their purpose, and thus experiencing true fulfilment and prosperity. At I-Manifest, we have built an education model that enables this.
